Proof from real campaigns

Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for you

Our published case studies are heating and cooling companies. We show them because they are real and verifiable, and we explain exactly which lessons carry over to other BC trades.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Every result on this page comes from our HVAC work: heating, cooling and boiler companies we have built and marketed. We don't have published case studies for other trades yet, and we won't dress these up as plumbing or roofing results. What we can do is show you the numbers, link the live sites, and explain which parts of the method transfer to a BC electrician, landscaper or renovator.

Organic traffic: Roma Heating & Cooling

Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What it shows: a single-company website can multiply its organic traffic within a year when the site structure, service pages and content are planned around how customers search.

What transfers: the order of work. Fix the technical base, build one strong page per main service, then add supporting content. That sequence is the backbone of our technical SEO and content SEO services for any trade.

What it doesn't prove: that your traffic will grow by the same amount. Starting point, market size and competition all change the outcome.

Content at scale: HeatLand

With 850+ SEO articles, HeatLand recorded a 300% lead increase in 6 months.

What it shows: a large, organised body of helpful content can turn into leads, not just visits.

What transfers: the cluster approach. Articles are grouped around services and linked to the pages that convert. A BC roofing or renovation company won't need hundreds of articles, but it benefits from the same planning.

What it doesn't prove: that more articles always mean more leads. Quality and relevance matter more than count, especially in smaller BC markets.

Programmatic pages: BoilerPart.ca

Across 2,000+ programmatic pages, BoilerPart.ca has grown organic traffic by 180%.

What it shows: large page sets can work when each page answers a distinct, real search, in this case parts and products.

What transfers: the discipline of building pages from structured, accurate data. For service businesses, that same discipline applies to location pages: each page needs genuinely distinct content.

What it doesn't prove: that a trades business should publish thousands of town pages. For service areas, Google's spam policies make that a serious risk. Programmatic pages suit products; service areas need fewer, better pages.

A BC service-area business: GasBoilers.ca

GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Its coverage now spans 26+ BC communities, and its Google profile carries a 5.0★ rating from 76+ Google reviews.

What it shows: a focused brand can serve many BC communities from one operation and build a strong review profile along the way.

What transfers: the combination of an honest service area, a steady review routine and a site built around specific services. That is the core of our map pack SEO work.

Rankings and leads: CombiBoiler.ca

For CombiBoiler.ca, the numbers are 300% ROI, 300+ monthly leads, and 500+ page-1 rankings on combi-boiler keywords.

What it shows: a site built tightly around one product category can rank widely for that category and turn those rankings into a steady flow of leads.

What transfers: niche focus. A BC business that owns one profitable job type in search often does better than one spread thinly across everything.

How to read any agency's case studies

Whether or not you work with us, ask these questions of any case study:

  1. Is the client named and the site live? If not, you can't check it.
  2. What was measured? Traffic, rankings and leads are different things.
  3. Over what time? A result "in 12 months" means something; an undated percentage doesn't.
  4. Which trade? Results in one sector are evidence of method, not proof for another.

Our guide to hiring an SEO provider has more questions like these. To discuss how these lessons apply to your business, see the contact page. BCSEO.ca is a marketing service, not a contractor; these results come from marketing work, not trade work.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have results for plumbers or roofers?

Our published, verifiable case studies are from HVAC companies, so that is what we show. We won't relabel them as other trades. The methods behind them, such as profile work, location pages and content clusters, are the same ones we use for other BC businesses.

Will my business get the same numbers?

No one can promise that. Results depend on your market, competition, job value and how much you invest. These cases show what the method has produced, not a forecast for you.

Can I check these sites myself?

Yes. Every client named here has a live website, linked on this page. You can visit them and see how they're built and what they publish.

Where can I see more case studies?

The full HVAC case-study list is on HVAC.Agency, our sister brand for heating and cooling companies.
