Call or text (604) 632-4959, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca; any of the three reaches a strategist directly. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. There are no forms on this site on purpose: you reach a person, not a queue.

Send a short note
Your business name, city and what you need.
Get a reply
Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.
Plan the next step
If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.
How to reach us
- Call: (604) 632-4959, for a quick conversation about your business and towns.
- Text: the same number, if you're on a job and can't talk. A quick text is enough, and we'll take it from there.
- Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca, if you'd like to send links, screenshots or a longer description.
Hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages that arrive after hours or on weekends are answered on the next business day. We usually reply within one business day.
What to include in your first message
You'll get a more useful first answer if you include a few details. None of them are required, but each one saves a round of questions:
- Your business name and website. So we can look at what Google sees today.
- Your trade or business type. "Residential electrical" or "commercial landscaping" is enough.
- The towns you serve most. For example, "Langford, Colwood and Sooke" or "Kamloops and Merritt".
- Your most profitable job type. This tells us which searches to focus on first.
- Roughly how many calls or enquiries you get a month, and how many come from Google, if you know.
- Anything that's gone wrong before, such as a suspended profile, a traffic drop after a redesign, or a previous agency that still controls your accounts.
A template you can copy
Hi, I run [Business name], a [trade] business based in [City]. We mainly serve [Town 1], [Town 2] and [Town 3]. The jobs we most want more of are [job type]. We get about [number] calls a month and I think [number] come from Google. Our website is [web address]. I'd like to know whether SEO makes sense for us.
What happens next
- We look before we talk. Before replying in detail, we check your Google Business Profile, run a quick look at your website and search a few of your main services in your towns.
- We reply with a short, honest read. Usually within one business day: what looks strong, what looks weak, and whether a free 30-minute consultation would be worthwhile.
- The consultation. On a call, we go through your towns, your jobs and the competition, and sketch which of our services would come first.
- A written plan if you want one. It sets out the 90-day order of work, the plan that fits from our pricing page, and what we'd measure.
You'll talk with a senior strategist at every step. There's no hand-off to a junior salesperson.
Before you get in touch
If you'd like to do some homework first, these pages help:
- The areas page explains how search works in each part of BC.
- The results page lays out our HVAC case numbers and which lessons carry into other BC trades.
- The FAQ answers questions about contracts, ownership and timelines.
- Our guide to hiring an SEO provider lists questions to ask any agency, including us.
If you're not ready yet
That's fine. Many owners first get in touch months before they plan to spend anything. Send a short note with your website and towns, and we'll reply with two or three things you can fix yourself this month. There's no follow-up sequence and no pressure.
Who you'll be talking to
BCSEO.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We're a marketing and consulting service, not a contractor: we don't install, repair or service anything, and we won't ever send anyone to your customers' homes. Our job is to help your phone ring with the right customers.
We only contact people who contact us first. We don't add you to any list.
Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. For eligible trades businesses the first 30 minutes are free, kept apart from any paid plan, and you owe nothing afterwards.
Should I call or text?
Whichever suits you. Text is handy if you're on a job site; a call is quicker if you have several questions. Email works best if you want to send screenshots or links.
Do you need my passwords?
Not to get started. For the first conversation we only need your website address and business name. Later, if you hire us, you grant user access to your accounts instead of sharing passwords.
Will I be pushed into a plan?
No. If SEO isn't likely to pay for your business yet, we'll say so and point you to free resources. Plans are month-to-month in any case.
